Download and use the apps you need

Before you download any Micorosft Office apps, you'll need to download Intune Company Portal onto your smartphone or tablet. Instructions on how to do this on iOS (Apple) and Android are on the Evolve365 Hub.

Once you've downloaded Intune, download the Office applications that you feel you are most likely to need.

Search for the name of the app(s) and make sure you download the Microsoft version of that app. For instance, you might want to search for Microsoft OneNote, Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Teams, Microsoft SharePoint, Microsoft Word etc.

Just be 100% certain that you are downloading a Microsoft app and not a third-party plugin or lookalike.

Smart phone downloading Outlook app

Once downloaded, start one of the apps and sign in using your NFU Mutual email address and password.

Once signed in to one app, you’ll be able to use any of the apps to access your NFU Mutual OneDrive, email, calendar and notes.

Just launch the app you want to use. You’ll feel right at home as the apps look and feel a lot like their desktop equivalent.
